FleaMasters Flea Market, Fort Myers Florida

Let's go shopping! Treat yourself to Fleamaster's festive atmosphere, pick up a week's supply of fresh produce, and stroll through the hundreds of bargain-packed booths. Along every aisle, you'll discover small owner-operated shops that specialize in unique items - an eclectic mix of new and old - arts and crafts, antiques and collectibles, and lots more. Kitchen products, clothing and shoes, luggage, jewelry and watches, 20 snack bars serving yummy treats. Name it, it's here! Find gifts for your family and friends and something just for you. Covering 40,000 square feet (3,716 square meters), more than 900 vendors ply their wares at the Fleamasters Fleamarket every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9a to 5p, rain or shine (covered walkways help with adverse weather).

Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium (a.k.a. ‘the Mote’) is definitely a must-see at some point during your vacation or staycation. It is a fun place to take the family (or friends) for a day of exploring and getting up close and personal with the sea life that inhabits the area waters as well as bodies of water around the world. The Mote goes beyond a maze of fish tanks and exhibits. Even though it has its fair share, the Mote’s research delves into so many aspects of the sea from its origins with shark research to other sea life such as dolphins, whales, and of course, manatees, to addressing today’s ecological and environment challenges and how they potentially impact the future of the earth’s water and all that lives in it.

#5- Picnic Dinner & Sunset, Boca Grande

Grab a PubSub and head to the Beach at Boca Grande! No Summer is complete with out catching a few Sunsets! We enjoy getting there an hour or so before Sunset to enjoy a picnic dinner and to have some playtime in the sand or water before the sun goes down. Sometimes we get lucky enough to see dolphin playing and jumping as the sun goes down! What a perfect way to end a day! We recommend Boca Grande, but any beach in SWFL will do!
