Aaron and I know this story all so well, could a drive over the Gasparilla Bridge change your life? It did for us! The turquoise, blue waters were the deciding factor when we were planning out where to locate our new Kayaking business! When we were in the planning stages of Glass Bottom Rentals, we knew it had to be located on Boca Grande, no where else would do!
The drive across almost transports you to a Tropical Paradise, hiding from the main road. Who knew paradise was so close?
A Venice Local recently listed her condo for Sale, with the following story added to her Facebook post-
"Hi All!
I’m Kay, my hubby is Dennis. We currently live in a beautiful beach condo on the active/gorgeous island of Venice about 30 min north of LGI.
Our condo is up for sale....do you know why? We went glass bottom kayaking on Boca Grande and fell in love with the area! Water was a tropical turquoise, dolphins were swimming all around and I got to hold a live starfish in my hand. On the way back home going over the Boca Grande bridge, we saw an island, without a bridge. It took 1 day to figure out it was called Little Gasparilla Island, they had homes that we could afford, and latch onto a great realtor. WE ARE IN LOVE WITH LGI! Our condo in Venice needs to sell so we can make our dream of living on LGI come true...."
